Michael Holman was brought up in Rhodesia and now lives in London. He was Africa editor of the Financial Times 1984-2002. His first novel, Last Orders at Harrods, was re-published by Abacus in March this year. The sequel, Fatboy and the Dancing Ladies, was published in June 2007 and he is currently working on the third.
