On October 15th 2013, Africa Research Institute launched the latest edition of the Policy Voices series For state and citizen: Reforming revenue administration, in Burundi. The event was opened by Mick Moore, Chief Executive of the International Centre for Tax and Development. The keynote addresses were delivered by the authors of the publication: Kieran Holmes, Commissioner General of the Burundi Revenue Authority; Domitien Ndihokubwayo, Deputy Commissioner General and Commissioner of Customs and Excise; and Chantal Ruvakubusa, Commissioner of Domestic Taxes and Non-Fiscal Revenue.
