On November 14th 2103, Africa Research Institute hosted a panel discussion entitled “Planning Africa’s urban future”. The event marked the launch of the latest edition in our Counterpoint series “How to make planning law work for Africa”. The event was opened by Patrick McAuslan (Birkbeck School of Law). The keynote address was given by the author of the publication: Stephen Berrisford (African Centre for Cites, University of Cape Town).
